All employees must be available to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as business dictates. Must be able to stand & walk continuously during shift, must be able to bend, stoop, grasp, reach and kneel frequently. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs frequently.

Positions

Bartender – Approx. 3-4 shifts per week. Must have strong knowledge of beer styles and familiarity with production, keg systems and tap systems. Must have experience and knowledge with cocktails. German beer knowledge desirable. Cicerone certification helpful, but not required. Experience with Toast or other POS systems required, strong attention to cleanliness and detail and must be a strong team player. Must be over 21. Must be able to lift 30+lbs frequently throughout shift, stand for 6+hrs, bend, stoop, reach, grip and walk for extended periods of time, carry and lift heavy objects frequently. Must be able to roll and move kegs. Must be able to stack full kegs with assistance. Passion for food and beer a must. German beer knowledge and experience a plus. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, day and evening shifts.

Server – Must be experienced (min. 1 year as a server) in a busy full service restaurant or brewery, be reliable, energetic, hard-working, flexible & professional. Must be able to lift 30+lbs repeatedly throughout shift, stand for 6+hrs, bend, stoop, reach, grip and walk for extended periods of time. Must be available for a variety of shifts including Friday, Saturday & Sunday, day and evening shifts. Recent experience with Toast or similar POS a must. Passion for food and beer a must.

Host – The host manages the flow of people and service, assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the front of the house, completes side work and busses tables as needed. Must be organized, professional, high energy and self motivated. Reliability is essential. Good oral and written English skills required. Willing to train the right individuals for this position. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Under 18 years of age requires a work permit from your school district.) Must be able to lift 30+lbs, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time, carry and lift objects occasionally.

Runner/Busser –  Bring food out to tables, maintain the cleanliness of the front of the house, complete side work and bus tables. Other duties include preparation and service of some appetizers & beverages. Must be organized, high energy and self motivated. Reliability is essential. Willing to train the right individuals for this position. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Under 18 years of age requires a work permit from your school district.) Must be able to lift 30+lbs, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time, carry and lift objects frequently.

Corredor/Busser – llevar la comida a las mesas, mantener la limpieza del frente de la casa, completar el trabajo lateral y limpiar las mesas. Otras tareas incluyen la preparación y servicio de algunos aperitivos y bebidas. Debe ser organizado, con mucha energía y motivado. La confiabilidad es esencial. Dispuesto a capacitar a las personas adecuadas para este puesto. Debe estar disponible viernes, sábado y domingo. (Los menores de 18 años requieren un permiso de trabajo de su distrito escolar). Line Cooks & Prep Cooks – Experience on grill, brunch, prep, etc. Team player, organized and knowledgeable in safe, efficient running of the kitchen. Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish. Must be available on various shifts. FT or PT. Must have or be able to obtain California food handlers card.

Cocineros de línea y cocineros de preparación – experiencia en parrilladas, brunch, preparación, etc. Trabajador de equipo, organizado y con conocimientos sobre el funcionamiento seguro y eficiente de la cocina. Debe poder comunicarse efectivamente en inglés o español. Debe estar disponible en varios turnos. FT o PT. Debe tener o poder obtener la tarjeta de manipulador de alimentos de California.
